Teresa Diane Thomas, age 55, born on March 14, 1960, in Picayune, Miss., passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015, at her residence.

Teresa is survived by her daughter, Aimee Knight King of Bogalusa; her father, Travis (Denise) Thomas of Varnado; her mother, Linda Thomas of Bogalusa; her paternal grandmother, Oneida Thomas of Bogalusa; her sister, Karen Sue Thomas of Varnado; and two grandchildren, Sterling Gillis III and Hope Cleland.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Angie Knight and Amber Knight; one granddaughter, Angel Knight; and by a sister, Cathy Haire.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Thursday, April 9, 2015, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Visitation continued at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, April 10, 2015, from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Billy Ray Hines officiating. Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
