Bro. Green Ellis, Jr. was born to Dec. 20, 1925 to the late Green Ellis, Sr. and Virginia Fields.
Green accepted Christ at an early age. One of the many jobs he held was at the Keesler Air Force Base and Centurylink Field in Seattle, Wash.
Green was preceded in death by his three sisters, Juanita Ellis Smith, Fredouin Stallworth-Bureghton, and Annie Mae Watkins; two brothers, Willie Fleed Ellis and Julius Charles Ellis.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Betty Peet Alexandra of Long Beach, CA, Virginia Tate and Brenda Warren both of Franklinton, La., Linda Ellis (AL) Adams of Houston, Texas, Juanita (Ricky) Brown of Slidell, La., Judy Ellis Irons of Gulfport, Miss.; one son, David (Judy) Ellis of Kansas City, Mo.; one brother, Thaddeus Field Ellis and a host of grandkids, great grand kids and great great grandkids, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Wed., February 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Avery York – Officiating. Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
