Linda Sue Hodges Seal, 75, passed away Saturday morning, Nov. 5, 2022. She loved gardening, and sitting on her front porch spending time with family. She had a huge heart, and loved her friends and family fiercely. She was a beautiful soul, and a force of nature. She will be missed by many.

Ms. Linda is survived by two sons, Chuck, and Darrell Jarrell, both of Bogalusa; a daughter, Lindy (Shane) Odom of Huntsville, Ala.; two sisters, Pam (Keith) Sumrall of Poplarville, Miss., and Anita (Danny) Stogner of Bogalusa; a brother, Roger (Pam) Forbes of Poplarville; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren that she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Owen Hodges, and stepmother, Lillie Mae Hodges; mother, Mildred Spiers and stepfather, Don Spiers; her husband, Fredrick Seal; a daughter, Penny Jarrell; two sons, Philip Jarrell, and Chadrick Seal; three brothers, Randy Hodges, Larue Hodges and Harold “Junior” Forbes; a stepbrother, Kenny Miller; and her furry best friend, and faithful companion, Tinker…

The family has entrusted Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, who performed graveside services at Ponemah Cemetery on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m.
