For the month of April, garden guild members held their meeting proposing new officers and programs for the new year. Programs were set for each month with a guild member to give an exhibit and horticultural hint for their presentation. Exciting and fun for all! Upcoming events and ideas for fundraisers were other topics discussed during the meeting.

Our program was for each member to bring a plant and discuss what it was and the characteristics of the plant. It was very educational and informational for everyone.

The group discussed bringing back yard judging and ways to improve our garden spots and ideas for Bogalusa. We love our town! Designs and niches for the 2025 Washington Parish Free Fair was also discussed. See you next month!
