Bobbie Johnson

Bogalusa resident Bobbie Jean Johnson, aka “Mama Lucy,” was called home to be with the Lord on May 31, 2015, after a long battle with illness at the young age of 73. She was born in Prentis.s, Miss., on Sept. 10, 1941, to the late Grant and Mary Johnson.
She is survived by children, Ralph (Toni) Graves of New Brunswick, N.J., Perry (Verruca) Johnson of Shreveport, Lisa Brunes, Valeria Graves, Vickie Johnson and Paul Johnson of Bogalusa; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Larry (Linda) Johnson; two sister, Mary Louise (George) Harvey of Sacramento, Calif., and Jessie R. Brown of Bogalusa; one sister-in-law, Pearl Johnson of Bogalusa; and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home on Friday, June 5, 2015, from 2 to 7 p.m., with family hour 7 to 8 p.m. The funeral service is on Saturday, June 6, 2015, in the chapel, with the Rev. Stanley Nathaniel, officiating.
