Tren Lawson Garbo of Franklinton was awarded her master’s degree in nursing administration on May 16 from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans.  She is married to Willi-am Garbo, and they have two children, Luke and Anna Beth. She is the daughter of Eathel Seal and the late George Lawson, and the granddaughter of Leroy “Slick” Seal and the late Mary Elizabeth Seal. She currently is employed by LSU Bogalusa Medical Center as the nurse manager over the medicine unit and the ICU.
