Rusty and Tiffany Smith, and Mark and Tonya Seal, of Franklinton, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Ashley Eve, to Brian Seal, the son of Jeffrey Seal and Ray and Nancy Rowell.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Bowling Green School, and a 2013 graduate of Vanguard Paul Mitchell College of Cosmetology. She is employed by Electric Beach Salon in Franklinton. Ashley is the granddaughter of the late Leo Pat Smith, Elaine Smith, Basil Ball and the late Faye Ball.

The prospective groom, a 2008 graduate of Pine High School, is employed by International Paper Company in Bogalusa. He is the grandson of Hilton (Honey) and Aline Seal, Kenny Cotton and Joyce Dixon.

The couple will exchange vows in a 7 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 24 at the home of Rusty and Tiffany Smith.
