Although still in his first term, Washington Parish Sheriff Randy Seal was elected by the Louisiana Sheriffs’ Association Executive Board to represent its 7th District, which includes Washington, East Baton Rouge, Livingston and Tangipahoa parishes. As a member of the Executive Board, Seal will act as a liaison on issues that are important to the sheriffs in his district and to those across the state.
