The Bogalusa Fourth of July parade will be dramatically enhanced by the aerial participation of a Coast Guard helicopter crewed by Lt. Caitlin Mitchell-Wurster, Lt. Charles Arena, Aviation Maintenance Technician Second Class James Hockenberry, Aviation Survival Technician Third Class Brian Johnson and Lt. Chuck Arena.
