Bogalusa resident David Steinwinder braved windy conditions and a few rain drops to perfect his golf game late Tuesday afternoon at a grassy area at the industrial park in Bogalusa. Steinwinder said he spends most afternoons hitting a few shots and was not going to let Tropical Storm Isaac deter him from his daily routine.
