Franklinton Junior High’s eighth graders reconnect with friends early Thursday morning, the first day of school for students in the Washington Parish School System. Dozens of Northside Tech Middle School students arrived on campus on Tuesday, many alighting from busses, while others were dropped off by parents and others walked from home or rode bicycles.
