A salute for the fallen

- Daily News Photos/Justin Schuver The local Voiture 1360 of 40 & 8 of the Louisiana Grand, as well as members of the Magic City Post 24 of the American Legion, came together Friday night to honor to two Louisiana police officers killed last week. The two men remembered before the high school football game at Ben’s Ford Christian School were State Trooper Steven Vincent and Sunset Police Department officer Henry Nelson. During the pregame ceremony, a 21-gun salute was performed in the late officers’ honor.
