State Rep. Malinda White’s legislative assistant, Linda Mizell, said White will have an open house on Thursday, March 10.

White, who is a freshman representative, has not yet had an open house. White will have just wrapped up a special legislative session to fix holes in the state budget on March 9 and Mizell said she’ll be eager to hear concerns from constituents before she goes into the general session later in the month, March 14.

“She’s got a two-day break in there, and we finally have the office to where we feel like we can invite the public,” Mizell said.

The open house will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at her office, 116 Georgia Ave. Suite B.
