Mrs. Elsie Mae Wilson passed away at the age of 74 on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories by her three sons, Albert (Cheryl), Vincent (Jackie) and Reginald (Joy); nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Terry (Roberta) Fox of Seattle, Wash., Albert Fox of Seattle, and Tyrone Fox of Franklinton; two sisters, Grace Garrison of Seattle, and Myrtis Lee Reed of Franklinton; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Wilson; parents, Kerry and Mary Lee Fox; and two brothers, Eldbert Fox and Jerome Fox.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a family hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 14, at 1 p.m. at Greater Hayes Creek Missionary Baptist Church, located at 31499 Hayes Creek Road in Franklinton, with the Rev. Jerome Warren, pastor, officiating. Interment will be held at the Wilson Family Cemetery.
