Susan JoAnn Talley, 82, born in Poplarville, Miss., on Oct. 27, 1933, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, at her home in Bogalusa.

She was a member of United Faith Pentecostal Church, and the owner of Land of Sports of Bogalusa.

She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Warner (Tommy) and Shari Brumfield; two sons, Glynn Edward Talley Jr. (Dena) and Jason Talley, all of Bogalusa; two sisters, Joyce Talley of Jackson, Miss., and Lois Farmer (Clelly) of Poplarville; two brothers, Buddy Amacker (Marilyn) and Lionel Amacker, both of Poplarville; brother and sister-in-law, Don Spiers (Georgia) and Patsy Johnson; eight grandchildren, Krista Mishina, Samantha Brumfield, Kasey Garrick, Colby Meiners, Chelsea Meiners, Courtney Meiners, Caleb Meiners and Aleigha Talley; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glynn Edward Talley Sr.; a daughter, Jennifer Meiner; granddaughter, Monica Bates; grandson, Jude Talley; parents, Asa Argil Amacker and Mae Maxine Peters Amacker; and a son-in-law, Joe Brumfield.

The graveside service will be held on Sunday, Aug. 14, at 2 p.m. at Ponemah Cemetery.
