Franklinton’s volleyball team is headed to Pearl River on Saturday to compete in the 2016 Pearl River Volleyball Tournament.

The event features five teams, including Franklinton, Pearl River, Hammond, Salmen and North Vermillion.

Match start times run from 9 a.m. through 1 p.m. every hour over two courts.

One match is being played at 9 a.m., as Hammond faces Salmen on court No. 1.

At 10 a.m., North Vermillion plays against Hammond while Salmen takes on Pearl River on courts No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.

Franklinton hits the court for its first of three matches. The initial contest is against Salmen on court No. 2. While that match is going on, Pearl River will face North Vermillion on the other court.

Just one match takes place at noon, with Franklinton facing Hammond on court No. 2.

The final matches are at 1 p.m., as Franklinton faces off against North Vermillion and Pearl River plays Hammond on courts No. 1 and No. 2.
