Franklinton tops Pine
Franklinton’s Demons defeated Pine, 1-0, in the final regular season game for both teams at Pine on Monday.
Jayden Ard tallied the goal for the Demons.
Demons goalkeeper Michael Herbert recorded the shutout in net.
Franklinton coach Nate Murray said Herbert played exceptionally.
The Demons finished the season with a 4-12 record while Pine tallied a 1-13 mark for the year.

Franklinton falls to International High School of New Orleans
Franklinton’s Demons suffered a 5-2 loss to International High School of New Orleans in a District 6-III match up last Friday on the road.
Aaron Ignacek tallied both goals on a pair of corner kicks.

Franklinton’s Harper records hat trick in victory over Pine
Franklinton’s Claire Harper posted a hat trick with three goals in a 5-1 win over Pine on the road Monday.
Natalie Gulczynski scored a goal and dished out an assist for the Lady Demons. Megan Whitecotton tallied a goal and Lorna Smith had an assist.
Goalkeeper Morgan Stafford made five saves in the victory.
This concludes the season for both teams. Franklinton went 6-6-1 and Pine went 0-13.
