Franklinton posted an 0-3 record in the Pearl River Volleyball Tournament that took place Saturday at Pearl River.
Franklinton came back Monday and defeated Pine.
The Lady Demons played a trio of matches, which were all best-of-three.
Franklinton came up short in the opener, 28-26, 25-14, to Salmen. The second match was a 25-10, 25-11 setback to Pearl River.
The Lady Demons concluded with a 25-8, 25-18 loss against Springfield.
In Monday’s action, which was not tournament play, the Lady Demons defeated Pine on the road.
Franklinton lost the first two games, 25-21 and 25-16, but bounced back with three wins, 25-23, 25-19, 15-13.
