Bowling Green School topped by Columbia
Bowling Green School’s Buccaneers were defeated by Columbia Academy, 35-32, in last Friday’s game that was held at home.
Connor Comeaux tallied 13 points to lead the Bucs. He also pulled down a rebound in the game.
Lync Sharp posted 11 points, grabbed eight boards, dished out an assist and made a steal.
Jace Schexnider recorded six points and two boards.
Braden Edwards had two points, three assists and three rebounds for the Buccaneers.
Drew Wagner had a rebound while Reece Dillon pulled down two boards.

Franklinton wins against St. Scholastica
Franklinton was victorious over St. Scholastica Academy, 43-20, in District 8-4A play on the road Tuesday.
Danaria Magee posted 14 points to lead the Lady Demons.
Addison Carter tallied nine points while Miriam Tate and Kaniya Dillon recorded eight each and Jalyn Bickham and Shamya Hart added two each.

Mt. Hermon tops Maurepas
Mt. Hermon’s Lady Jackets won against Maurepas, 39-34, in a road game that took place Tuesday.
Patera Williams scored 13 points to lead Mt. Hermon.
Sikoya Jackson recorded 10 points.
Kalei Hughes posted eight while Macey Applegate tallied six and Destiny Lewis added two in the victory.

Bowling Green victorious over Wayne Academy
Bowling Green’s Lady Buccaneers defeated Wayne Academy, 54-32, in Tuesday’s road game.
Callie Seal was the Lady Bucs’ leading scorer with 13 points in a solid night. She also pulled down seven rebounds, dished out three assists, made seven steals and all six of her free throws.
Cailee Fruge posted 12 points, five boards, an assist and two steals.
Hallie Robertson and Allie McCain recorded eight points each. Robertson had two rebounds, an assist and a steal. McCain had four boards, an assist and a steal.
KaKa Seal posted five points, four rebounds, an assist and two steals.
Kyley Seals put up four points, five boards, an assist and she made seven steals.
Hannah Varnado recorded two points.
Hallie Creel and Hope Crowe tallied a point each. Creel grabbed two boards and made a steal. Crowe pulled down a rebound.
Anna Beninato had an assist and two steals while Anna Claire Crowe recorded three rebounds and an assist and Cassidy Spears added a rebound in the victory.

Varnado falls to West St. John
Varnado’s Lady Kittens suffered a 60-34 loss to West St. John in a District 8-1A contest on the road Tuesday.
Jaden Foster posted 18 points to lead Varnado.
Quierra Bickham recorded 12 points that included a 3-pointer.
Destiny Keys added four.

Franklinton’s Lady Demons were defeated by Salmen, 55-51, in a District 8-4A contest held last Friday at home.
India Dickerson led the Lady Demons with 14 points.
Danaria Magee posted 13 points.
Kaniya Dillon had 10 points.
Addison Carter posted seven points while Miriam Tate tallied four, Cyna Hart recorded two points and Jalyn Bickham added one points for Franklinton.

Mt. Hermon’s Lady Jackets won against Family Christian School, 56-27, in a non-district contest held last Friday at home.
Patera Williams topped Mt. Hermon with 15 points.
Kalei Hughes scored 13 points.
