Terena Ward, 37, was born on July 2, 1980, in Covington, and passed away on Dec. 21, 2017, in Bogalusa.

She was survived by her loving mother, Eldora Ward Parker of Bogalusa; her children, Kaylin Lang of Covington, and Kiera Mizell and Hayden Mizell, both of Holden; her sister, Maria Galloway of The Woodlands, Texas; her aunts, Katherine Ward and Rebecca Beckham, both of Bogalusa; her uncles, Emanuel Ward, Samuel Ward, and Roger McClain, all of Bogalusa, and Lonzo (Peggy) Ward of Southhaven, Miss.; her nieces, Brittany (Alex) McGilvray of Spring, Texas, and Brooke Cropper of The Woodlands; as well as her nephews, Devin and Dathan Torkildsen of The Woodlands; her grandson, Chase Bordelon of Covington; her great-nephew, Sebastian McGilvray and great-niece, Juliette McGilvray; and blessed by many loving friends.

Her funeral services were held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Dec. 28, 2017, at 1 p.m. She is interred at Spencer Cemetery in Enon.
