Larry Miller was named as the 2017 Citizen of the Year during a ceremony held Tuesday, June 12, at Bogalusa Country Club. Miller was congratulated by friends and family members, and also joined a group of Bogalusa Citizens of the Year that dates back to 1955. Miller, front row center, was joined at last Tuesday’s ceremony by past Citizens of the Year, who wore their award medals.
