Amber Michelle Hawk, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., and a resident of Bogalusa, died on May 19, 2019 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, at the age of 24. She was born Nov. 4, 1994.

She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Dale Kuhn II of Bogalusa; son, R.J. Kuhn; parents, Kimberly and Billy Hawk of Bogalusa; brother, Caleb Hawk of Bogalusa; sister, Chasity Hawk of Newport, Va.; grandmother, Margaret Ashwell of Meridian, Miss.; grandfather, Tom Ashwell of Angie; and also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Dimples Hathorne; uncle, Raymond Todd Kuhn; grandfather, James David Parker Sr.; aunt, Patricia Dianne Sanders; grandfather, Richard Arlen Kuhn; and grandmother, Patricia Sue Hawk.

Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be private.
