Ben’s Ford captures all 3 games the week before Christmas

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s Lady Eagles went 3-0 in games held the week before Christmas.
Ben’s Ford began the week with a 40-27 victory over Salem in a road game on Dec. 17.
Kelci Freeman topped the team in scoring with 14 points. Freeman pulled down seven rebounds, dished out an assist and made four steals.
Bailey Stewart posted nine points, eight boards and seven steals.
Sylvia Rosa had five points, a rebound, an assist and a trio of steals.
Alaina McClelland posted four points, two rebounds, an assist and a pair of steals.
Allie Jacobs tallied four points, four rebounds and a steal.
Dani Descant recorded two points, two rebounds and three steals.
Natalie Seal logged two points, two rebounds and a steal.
Two days later, Ben’s Ford defeated Prentiss Christian School, 42-26, on the road.
McClelland led the team in points with 13. McClelland also pulled down four rebounds, dished out an assist, made three steals and blocked a shot.
Stewart had nine points, three boards, an assist and two steals.
Descant posted seven points, four boards and an assist.
Jacobs tallied five points, four boards and an assist.
Freeman logged four points, four boards, an assist and four steals.
Rosa had two points, five rebounds, an assist and three steals.
Kimberly Stogner put up two points in the victory.
The following day was a 53-19 win over Resurrection Catholic at home.
McClelland led the team with 20 points. She also grabbed three rebounds and made four steals.
Freeman had 17 points and eight boards to go with three assists and two steals.
Stewart tallied six points, four boards, two assists and five steals.
Rosa recorded four points, two boards and a steal.
Stogner posted two points and five rebounds.
Ben’s Ford will be back in action on Saturday in the 2019 Silliman Invitational Basketball Tournament.
