The Bowling Green Buccaneers’ season came to an end Tuesday with a 59-57 loss to Carroll Academy in the first round of the Class AAA Tournament at Canton Academy.

Jace Schexnider led Bowling Green with 24 points.

Steven Scott Cooper posted 16.

This season, Bowling Green was third in District 4AAA in the regular season and second in the league’s tourney. Last week, the Buccaneers made it the Class AAA Tournament with a fourth-place finish in the South State Tournament.
