Sadie Short Tate, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 2, 2020.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, March 7, at 11 a.m. at the Greater Salter Chapel A.M.E. Church, located at 920 Dan St. in Bogalusa, with the Rev. Willie Gautier officiating.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 6, at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Duffy Cemetery.

Cook-Richmond Funeral Home of Bogalusa is in charge of arrangements.
