Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8, and continuing through Friday, Sept. 11, the north end of the Pearl River Canal at Poole’s Bluff will be closed while Washington Parish Government performs dredging.

During this time, the Pearl River will not be accessible by way of the Poole’s Bluff boat ramp. Citizens should be aware that work may extend a few days beyond Friday, Sept. 11.
