Bogalusa’s Lumberjacks won their game against Jewel Sumner, but was defeated by Archbishop Hannan twice in games held over the last week in baseball.

All of the games were in District 8-3A play.

On April 18, Bogalusa defeated Jewel Sumner, 6-3.

Josh Taylor doubled and drove in two runs.

Tajdryn Forbes went 2-for-4 with a single and a triple.

Talik Williams and Chance Turner both singled.

Jarvis Dawson started and pitched three innings. Taylor threw the next three before Turner closed out the win in the seventh.

Bogalusa played Archbishop Hannan on April 20 and Thursday.

The game on April 20 was a 12-8 loss.

Taylor went 3-for-4 with an RBI.

Dawson posted two singles and a run batted in.

Williams doubled.

Forbes and Jaylon Keys both singled.

Bogalusa was defeated by Archbishop Hannan on April 22, 8-3, in the final regular season game.

Taylor and Turner both singled and doubled.

Dawson doubled.

Anthony Turner singled.
