Jade Dillon

Jade Antario Dillon was born May 2, 1990, to Shatania Dillon-Ginn and Dwayne Bickham at Bogalusa Charity in Bogalusa.
At 5 years old Jade grew a passion for baseball. He played with Franklinton Dixie League for 10 years and went on to high school where he played baseball for 3 years. After graduating Jade continued to play baseball with Country Drama in Franklinton. He became a member of Outreach Full Gospel Church under the leadership of Pastor John W. Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Shatania Dillon-Ginn of Franklinton; father, Dwayne (Stara) Bickham of Tacoma, Wash.; three brothers, Darron Dillon and Anthony Dillon, both of Franklinton, LA and Darzas ”Quan” Dillon of Baton Rouge; two sisters, A’Darria Dillon of Franklinton, and Breiona Bickham of Tacoma; grandmothers, Sarah Jenkins Callahan and Cheryl Vernon, both of Franklinton; grandfather, Anthony James Callahan; a special friend, Kensha Magee; aunts and uncles, Dishika (Samuel) Moore, Paquita Dillon of Franklinton, Brandon Vernon, Brian Carpenter and Vanessa (Judge) Burton of Houston, Spencer Robinson, Antwanette Payne and Obediah Payne, all from Bogalusa, and Tyra (Phillip) Ducre of Mandeville; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Darron Ginn; maternal great-grandmother, Jessie Jenkins; maternal grandfather, Larry Dillon; paternal grandfather, Johnny Bickham; and paternal great-grandmother, Doretha Vernon.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 28, 2015, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton.
The funeral service will be Sunday, March 29, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Outreach Full Gospel with the Rev. Antoine Graves officiating and Pastor Wesley Jones serving as eulogist.
