Mt. Hermon defeated by Maurepas, Independence, captures win over St. Helena

Mt. Hermon School was defeated by Maurepas and Independence and won against St. Helena College and Career Academy in games that were held on March 24-25 and on Thursday.
The March 24 game was an 11-1 loss to Maurepas in a District 8-B contest on the road.
Kage Freeman recorded a hit and a run scored.
The next day, Mt. Hermon was defeated by Independence, 23-7, in a non-district game at home.
Daeshaun James had two hits and a run batted in.
Weston Fortenberry tallied a hit and an RBI.
Harley Naquin and Freeman both posted a hit.
On Thursday, Mt. Hermon defeated St. Helena College and Career Academy, 19-4.
Omira Williams posted two hits and an RBI.
James had a hit and three runs batted in.
Tyler Schilling recorded one hit.
Mt. Hermon’s next game will be on April against Holden at home.
