Franklinton holding tournament starting on Wednesday

The 2022 Franklinton High School Basketball Tournament will start on Wednesday.
The event, which is from Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, features four games on Nov. 30 and Dec. 2 and five contests on Dec. 1 and Dec. 3.
Games are scheduled to start every 70 minutes.
The tournament will open on Nov. 30 at 3:45 p.m. as Varnado and Hammond play in a girls game. Varnado’s boys play next against Loranger at 5 p.m.
At 6:15 p.m., Mt. Hermon School’s girls go against Loranger with Pine and Lakeshore’s boys capping off the day at 7:30 p.m.
Five games are set for Thursday with Pine and Hammond girls opening the day at 3:30 p.m.
They are followed by Lakeshore and Abramson boys at 4:40 p.m. with Loranger and Amite competing in a boys game at 5:50 p.m.
Franklinton and Varnado play the last two games with the girls set for 7 p.m. and the boys at 8:10 p.m.
Friday’s games start at 3:45 p.m. with Hammond and Loranger playing in a girls game.
Abramson and Amite are next at 5 p.m.
Franklinton and Pine compete in the last two with the girls playing at 6:15 p.m. and boys set for 7:30 p.m.
The tournament comes back on Saturday morning at 9:30 with Varnado and Pine playing in a girls game.
The next game is between Pine and Abramson in a boys contest.
The 11:50 a.m. game is Franklniton and Loranger girls with Lakeshore and Amite boys at 1 p.m.
Franklinton’s tournament concludes with Franklinton and Loranger’s boys competing at 2:10 p.m.
