Mt. Hermon School’s softball team defeated Varnado, 24-7, in a contest held Thursday at home.

Bailey Fortenberry and Kenzie Tetreau both recorded a triple.

Mt. Hermon School’s next game is March 20 against Holden at home, while Varnado plays again on March 22 against Abramson at the old Angie High School site to complete their game that was halted because of darkness on March 2. Varnado leads that game, 5-0.
