Raymond May of Bogalusa was arrested on Friday, August 25, 2023, by Bogalusa Police Department Detectives following their thorough investigation into a shooting incident that occurred on January 14, 2023, at the Ivy Trace Apartments. May’s arrest resulted from a routine traffic stop.
