FRANKLINTON, La. – The Washington Parish Free Fair crowned a new Fair Queen alongside a Teen Fair Queen for the first time.
Addison Goings was named Washington Parish Fair Queen and will represent the fair in competitions and throughout the area in the following year. Natalie Seal was named Washington Parish Free Fair Teen Queen as the inaugural holder of the title.
