David Perry, born on Sept. 3, 1962, passed away tragically in a car accident on June 27, 2024, at the age of 61. David is survived by his beloved sister, Diane Schroeder, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lenie and Theodore Perry; his siblings, Beverly Corkern and Ted Perry; and his best friend, John Schroeder.

David had an unwavering passion for camping, a deep love for music of all genres, and a genuine joy in spending time with his friends and family. With a knack for fixing just about anything, he constantly had a project in progress, as he couldn’t stand being idle. Though he never had children, he adored his nieces and nephews and treated them as his own.

David will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His warm spirit, helpful nature, and unwavering love left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Celebration of Life service will be held at Jimmie Davis State Park on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 6 p.m.
