Curtis Edward Hart Sr. departed this life on Saturday, March 28, 2015. As a young child he joined New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Clifton.

He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Curtis Edward Hart II of Franklinton; a daughter, Felica Moss of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren, Jarius Smith and Justin Lewis; three sisters, Margie Hart of Gulfport, Miss., Julia Hart of California and Sheryl Hart of Texas; two brothers, Vernell Hart and Davide Hart, both of Gulfport, Miss.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sol and Ida Brown Hart; two brothers, Shelton Hart and Charles Hart; and two sisters, Emily Hart and Ida Catrine.

Visitation will be Monday, April 6, 2015, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton, with the Rev.
