Zwolle, LA – It was a weekend to remember for Washington-St. Tammany Electric’s very own Cory Creel and Brett Cooper, who reeled in a spectacular first-place victory at the Lineman’s Classic Fishing Tournament held at Toledo Bend in Zwolle, Louisiana.

Outfishing a massive field of 192 boats, the duo’s skill, strategy, and determination carried them to the top of the leaderboard in one of the region’s most competitive angling events.

Adding to the excitement, Cory Creel landed the tournament’s biggest bass, a stunning 8-pound, 11-ounce whopper, earning him the coveted Big Bass Award. The catch was a standout moment in an already phenomenal weekend, helping to secure their dominant finish.

This incredible win is a testament to their hard work and love for the sport. The Washington-St. Tammany Electric community is proud to celebrate Cory and Brett’s success on the water.
