Franklinton, LA – The Washington Parish Balloon Festival once again lit up the skies and the community spirit this past weekend, bringing an unforgettable celebration of color, music, and fun to the heart of Franklinton.
With stunning balloon displays, outstanding live bands, a wide array of vendors, and mouth-watering food, the festival offered something for everyone. From the early morning balloon inflations to the glow of the evening light shows, it was a weekend filled with joy and awe. Families, friends, and visitors gathered on the fairgrounds to soak in the sights, sounds, and tastes of this beloved local tradition.
The Town of Franklinton extends heartfelt thanks to the Washington Parish Balloon Festival for organizing such an incredible event. We’re especially grateful to the hardworking volunteers whose time and energy made it all possible, the dedicated vendors who brought flavor and flair, and of course, the amazing balloon pilots who brought the skies to life with their beautiful balloons.
From colorful skies to laughter-filled fairgrounds, it truly was a weekend to remember. We are proud to host such a special event in our town and sincerely appreciate everyone who helped make it a success.
