Earlier this month, The Knights of Columbus Council 1819 in Bogalusa, aided two elderly residents in  Washington Parish to  access their homes more conveniently.

Evan Foster, requested a railing for his steps so he could get inside his house easier and Ms. Angel Trosclair, asked for a ramp so she could get into her house safely.  Trosclair thankfully told the Knights, “now my  mother, who is in a wheelchair can come visit!”

The Knights of Columbus Knights recognize that our mission, and our faith in God, compels us to action. There is no better way to experience love and compassion than by helping those in need, a call we answer every day.
