TES student wins drawing

Lucy received a gift certificate to Jack Brown’s Food Store provided by the “Friends of the Washington Parish Library.” She is a student of Thomas Elementary School and a loyal patron to the Thomas Library. Her mother, Jessica Carter, is at left.
