Eleanor Juanita Davis Guilott (Oct. 28, 1930-July 10, 2016) passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 10, 2016, surrounded by her family at the age of 85.
She was a lifelong resident of Bush, who enjoyed her family, friends, traveling and working in her yard. She was the beloved wife of the late Clarence Guilott.
She is survived by two sons, Howard (Alice) Guilott of Orange, Texas, and C. Wayne Guilott of Bush; and three daughters, Glenda (James) Sharp of Langston, Ala., Sandra (Bruce) Knight of Enon, and W. Sue (Jammie) Singletary of Bush. She has 10 grandchildren, Terry Sharp, Anthony (Tony) Knight, Theresa Addison, Branson Singletary, Brittany Sullivan, Susan Vallarautto, Anita Guilott, Nancy Knight, Ryan Guilott, and Stephanie Guilott. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty (the late Claiborne) Travis, Helen (Wayne) Kemp, and Pat (Frank) Strain; and two brothers, Mack (Ann) Davis and Billy (Jan) Davis.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruth Thomas Davis; and two sisters, Mary Kennedy and Debbie Huntress.
She was a member of the Bush Garden Club and Hebron Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held at Hebron Baptist Church on Wednesday, July 13, from 1 p.m. until service at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Chris Wheeler officiating the service. The interment will follow in the Hebron Baptist Church cemetery.
