Bogalusa Mayor Wendy Perrette and Police Chief Kendall Bullen are proud to announce the promotion of Troy Tervalon from lieutenant to captain.

Tervalon has been employed with the Bogalusa Police Department for 20 years. Tervalon is well respected by his peers and is a tremendous asset to the city of Bogalusa and the community he serves.
