Washington Parish Library hosted puppet show on April 25

- COURTESY PHOTO On Wednesday, April 25, the Franklinton library hosted a puppet show for Head Start children and its faculty. The puppet show was performed by Mrs. Winola Holiday (Enon branch manager), Mrs. Connie Miller (Thomas branch manager), and Amy Hall (Franklinton branch’s children’s associate). The children laughed, danced, and sang along to the fun music as the puppets performed for them. The event performed for 67 children and 17 adults. Each of the children went back to their schools with a free book. Winola Holiday is pictured in front of the stage with some of the puppets.
