Mt. Hermon School’s Yellow Jackets were defeated 96-69 in Friday’s bi-district round playoff game against Florien at home on Friday.

Tevin Williams had a huge game for the Yellow Jackets, who went for 42 points.

Dwayne Smith posted 10 points.

Laquarry Alexander tallied six points.

Alex Martin posted three.

Grayson Painter put up four.

Omira Williams and Jonatan McMahon had two each.

No. 13 Mt. Hermon went 10-12 this season.

No. 20 Florien (11-19) moves to the regionals to play fourth-seeded defending Class B state champion Doyline.

Doyline (13-0) had a bye in the bi-district round.
